Please use 5V 2A power adapter, and the wireless HDMI transmitter can be charged through the HDMI port. If the HDMI port of the laptop or PC doesn't support a power supply, or when the power of laptops and PC is low(the power indicator on the transmitter will become weak or go out), the transmitter requires an additional Type-c cable power supply.

To get a more stable connection, the distance between the receiver and transmitter should be as small as possible.
When the transmitter and the receiver can't connect successfully automatically, you can as follow :
Step 1
Insert the thimble into the receiver "RESET" position for 6S, and it will eirter to the pairing mode.(10S will eirter restore factory setting)
Step 2
And then press the button of the transmitter for 5S, the light status become fast flashing to be paring with the receiver.
Step 3
·When you see the screen show “Pairing”just kindly wait for 20S to be connected between the transmitter and receiver.
Step 4
The transmitter indicator is always on to indicate a successful connection.
